My Online Paper is a multi-tenant cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology provider. We develop, operate, and maintain publishing software, electronic paper (e-paper) readers, content management systems, and hosting infrastructure.

My Online Paper is not a news agency, newspaper publisher, editorial desk, or media outlet. We do not author, commission, curate, or alter the journalistic content published by independent newsrooms on our platform.

All news articles, investigative reports, editorials, opinion columns, photographs, mastheads, letters to the editor, and print edition PDFs hosted across /pub/[publicationSlug] or publisher custom domains are created and managed autonomously by the respective publishing organization:

• Autonomous Editorial Control: Each publisher exercises sole and exclusive editorial discretion over their publication.
• Legal Responsibility: The publishing tenant is solely accountable for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of their reporting, including compliance with defamation standards, press regulations, election laws, and professional journalistic ethics.
• No Platform Endorsement: Views, perspectives, and opinions expressed in hosted articles do not reflect the opinions or endorsements of My Online Paper or its operators.

While My Online Paper provides publishing tools, we do not independently verify, fact-check, or validate the claims, quotes, or assertions made in client publications. Readers consume hosted content at their own discretion and are advised to evaluate source attribution and consult primary documents where appropriate.

Where an individual publication implements its own reader subscriptions, issue sales, paywalls, print circulation memberships, or reader donations, all financial transactions and contractual relationships exist solely between the reader and that independent publication. My Online Paper is not a party to reader-publisher agreements, does not process reader subscription funds, and assumes no liability for publisher refund obligations to readers.

Publishers must possess all necessary rights, copyright permissions, and photograph licenses for any material uploaded to their workspaces:

• Notice of Infringement: If you believe content hosted on a MyOnlinePaper publication infringes your copyright or trademark, you may notify the publication directly through its editorial contact page or transmit a formal takedown notice to our designated compliance desk.
• Compliance Desk: Notices may be directed to support@myonlinepaper.com with complete identification of the copyrighted work, URL location, and authorized signature.

• External Hyperlinks: Publications may embed links to external web destinations. My Online Paper does not govern or endorse third-party web content or external privacy practices.
• AI Editorial Assistant: The platform offers optional AI editorial drafting assistance to authenticated newsrooms. Publishers are strictly required to conduct human editorial review of all AI-suggested headlines, summaries, and text before publication.

Software and cloud hosting services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our engineering team implements automated diagnostics, database backups, and edge routing redundancy, we do not warrant that service operations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or exempt from scheduled maintenance interruptions.

If you have a comment, correction request, letter to the editor, or complaint regarding a specific article, please locate the newspaper in our Public Publications Directory and contact that newspaper's editorial desk directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Online Paper and its operators disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party publication content, reader reliance on hosted articles, or temporary service interruptions. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by governing law.
